I am a Birth Doula in the greater Charlotte area. I grew up at the base of the Blue Ridge mountains and settled in Charlotte after receiving my bachelors degree at Belmont Abbey College. I married my wonderful husband in December of 2022 and we are blessed to be raising two wonderful sons together.

I have spent the last several years supporting over 100+ mothers and families as a birth doula with the goal to help you feel prepared and confident throughout your pregnancy and going into your labor and postpartum period.

I approach every birth with reverence for the strength, dignity and innate wisdom of every women and unborn child, creating a loving space where families can feel truly supported and loved throughout the entirety of their pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
